The company is based on a modern management and marketing and provided with all necessary facilities to developing of sound environmental business at international standards. Special attention is paid either for cooperation in environmental sectors and permanent contacts with different organizations, universities, for membership to professional bodies and meetings, or for improving the own system of quality management that will objectively sustain the quality of our products. As aiming to provide services at high quality standards, the staffing policy is for real professionals in combination with continuous training and a significant list of reputed non-permanent staff.    Environmental fields to mainly deal with are the water and soil, for services of study, design and technical assistance under the generic environment protection and environmental engineering, to integrate by case with air and biota of both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.    Our strategy has been defined on short and medium term according to the current and anticipated environmental market. In terms of such expectations we have continuously improved the company experience by means of common extent of the current projects, able to further emphasize new skills and technology, within the investigation methods and programmes of measures.    The first business has been in the road sector, to deal with environmental studies being required to the investment projects for road rehabilitation, ring road and motorways building, and of traffic fluidization. Experience has been also got in relation with the EBRD, EIB and WB environmental policy, and a comprehensive framework we developed for public informing and participation.    The next opportunity has been in the water sector for different EU-funded projects, i.e. for water supply and sewerage systems, and river management, under the programmes of SAPARD and Phare 2001. Experience improvement in the company relates either to technical and management aspects or to legal, institutional and economical issues for the water and environmental costs recovery.    Complementary interests refer to the waste management and monitoring, environmental risks and related measures, as well as for ISO environmental certification.
